Curriculum Vitae

My name is Dwita Anggraeni. I live at Chairil Anwar street number 270, Badean, Bondowoso. My street’s Postal code is 68214. My phone is 085733460965. I was a woman who born in Bondowoso at 16 Februar 1993. I am a citizen of Indonesia. I‘m a muslim.

My formal schooling in Trisula Kindergarten at 1997 – 1999. And I went through elementary school in SD Badean 1 Bondowoso at 1999 – 2005. At 2005 – 2008 I school in Junior High School 2 Bondowoso and my Senior High School is SMA 2 Bondowoso at 2008 – 2011. Now, I studies in Agrotecnology, Agricultural Faculty, Jember University. I have a big motivation to make agriculture in Indonesia became more advance. I’m a high performing individual, demostrating drive, enthusiasm and initiative, and consistently delivering quickly.

May Day....


Every May 1, the workers from around the world commemorate the big event a demonstration of workers in the United States in 1886, which requires the implementation of eight hours of work. These charges related to the current environment, when the workers were forced to work for 12 to 16 hours per day. Large demonstrations that took place since April 1886 was initially supported by about 250 thousand workers.
Within two weeks of protesters swell to around 350 thousand workers. City of Chicago is the heart of the movement, followed by about 90 thousand workers. In New York, the same demonstration was followed by about 10 thousand workers, in Detroit followed by 11 thousand workers. Demonstrations also spread to cities like Louisville and Baltimore demonstration unite white and black workers. Until the date of May 1, 1886, the demonstrations spread from Maine to Texas, and from New Jersey to Alabama, followed by half a million workers in the country.

These developments provoke a reaction that is also great from the business and local government officials at that time. Through Chicago's Commercial Club, spent approximately U.S. $ 2,000 to purchase equipment to deal with machine gun demonstrations. Peaceful demonstration demanding the reduction of working hours and ended with the riot victims. About 180 police blocked the demonstration and ordered to disperse demonstrators.

Monumental events that became the pinnacle of world labor union movement is organizing the International Labor Congress in 1889. Congress is attended by hundreds of delegates from various countries and decided to eight hours of work per day to be the main demands of the workers around the world. In addition, Congress also welcomes the proposed delegation of workers from the United States are calling for a general strike May 1, 1890 to demand the reduction of working hours by making the date of May 1 as Labor Day the World.

Eight hours / day or 40 hours / week (five days) have been determined to be by the ILO international labor standards through the ILO Convention no. 01 in 1919 and the Convention no. 47 in 1935. Especially for the convention no. 47 in 1935, until now, only 14 countries that signed the convention. Enactment of the convention is an international recognition which indirectly represents the fruit of the struggle of the workers in the entire world to get a decent job. Determination of 8 hours per day as one of the main provisions in labor industrial relations is a marker of the end of the forms of forced labor and slavery are hiding behind industrial relations.

Earth Day

22 April ....
Do you remember what day is celebrated on that date?
Yupz ... 22 April is Earth Day. Earth Day was first
celebrated 40 years ago, or rather in 1970 and was first performed in the United States. Earth Day was first initiated by Gaylord Nelson. He was a senator. Earth Day was the his idea instigated the first time during a speech in Seattle in 1969 on the insistence to include controversial issues.
Nelson got the idea of ​​the astonishing support from civil society. This support continues to grow and culminated with EARTH DAY commemorated the anniversary of the monumental. TIME magazine estimates that about 20 million people took to the streets on 22 April 1970.
The first Earth Day in United States is the climax of the struggle of environmental movement in the 60's to enter the environmental issues as an urgent national fixed agenda. Now Earth Day has become a global event. EARTH DAY alert the practitioner to unite themselves in a global network of civil society for Earth Day EARTH DAY NETWORK which is based in Seattle. The first Earth Day '70 and 20 million people in the U.S., Earth Day 1990 involving 200 million people around the world, on Earth Day 2000 involved an estimated 500 million people around the world with the jargon of "making history - making change".
In Indonesia, the celebration of Earth Day this year opened with the Indonesia Climate Change Education Forum & Expo (ICCEFE), at the Jakarta Convention Center Convention Center, from 19 to 22 April 2012. ICCEFE the second time the theme Response to Climate Change.

DIALOG ABOUT SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE




Fandi                  : Well as we know, many talk show on television for example Empat Mata, Buaya Show, Kick Andy and the others. So, because we are in agriculture scope, we should discuss that matter and you can call “ AGRICULTURE SHOW”. In the first show we talk about sustainable agriculture. Well, here I need your help all, when I say “AGRICULTURE SHOW”, you say I like it.
                           Ok before I invite the resource that expart in agriculture, by the way the one of audiens know about sustainable agriculture. Now, I call the resource.
Fandi                  : Well, you look fresh today. Ok, before you say about sustainable agriculture, you can introduce your self and your profile in agriculture.
Dwita                 : Of course. My name’s Dwita Anggraeni. I came from Thailand. Now, I work at ASEAN Institutional Assesor. I am an agriculture scientist. I have been working here since 3 years. During that time, I did several research in ASEAN. And now, I do research about decreasing of farm yield in Thailand because yield productivity is decreasing gradually.
Fandi                  : Wow...amazing. well, may be you can tell about your experience in an agriculture manajement?
Dwita                 : I do research in South East Asia. Now, I’m focus in Thailand. I do research about decreasing of farm yield. In this research, I conducted a research about decreasing of farm productivity. After I know the causes, I thought  the solution and gave it to people that live there.
Fandi                  : From your experience, what benefit could you take?
Dwita                 : After I have research at Thailand farm. I know that Thailand farming system experiencing ecological decreased in envirment and crop farming system (explain with picture).
